Due to their excellent sense of smell and hearing certain dogs are used in the police force, other breeds are used as guide dogs, to heard animals as well as help the fire department. I wish I could adopt all the “throwaways” I know there are some who have very good reasons for taking their pets to a shelter. I just couldn’t do it. Thanks for the photos.
